Three services. Each one does one thing, fully, and stops there.
Nurtura's services are bounded by design. You can start with a single appointment or commit to a year. Either way, the scope is the same before and after the work.
← Back to HomeHow Nurtura approaches each service
Every Nurtura service begins with a written scope description, shared with the household before any appointment is confirmed. The description states what is included, what is not, and what happens when something arises that sits outside scope. This is not a disclaimer added at the end — it is the first document the family receives.
The work itself is administrative and educational. Nurtura coordinators record, index, facilitate and produce written output. They do not assess, advise, review content professionally, or act on a family's behalf. When professional input is identified as necessary — a question that belongs with a lawyer, a social worker, or a government department — that is written into the session record with the relevant referral category noted.
All written output is produced within three working days of each appointment and is designed to be readable by any adult in the household, not only by the person who attended.
SERVICE 01
Household Documents Stocktake
A two-hour appointment recording which practical documents a household holds and where each one is kept — identity papers, school records, household agreements the family has written for itself, insurance correspondence and contact lists. The result is a written index any adult in the family can follow, together with a short list of items the household said it intends to locate or replace. Nothing is interpreted and no document is drafted, reviewed or assessed for content.
- Written document index, categories and locations
- List of items to locate or replace
- Written referrals where professional input is needed
- Delivered within three working days
RM 470 — single appointment

Scope confirmation
Before the appointment, a written scope description is shared and acknowledged. You know what will and will not happen before we arrive.
Structured walk-through
Over two hours, a Nurtura coordinator works through a defined category list with whoever is available from the household — asking where documents are kept, not what they contain.
Index compiled
The recorded information is compiled into a written index using a standard layout. Items mentioned as missing or intended for replacement are listed separately.
Delivery within three working days
The index and any referral notes are delivered to the family. No follow-up appointment is required unless the family chooses to arrange one.
SERVICE 02
Caring Together Workshop for Adult Siblings
A five-session workshop for adult siblings sharing the practical care of a parent, delivered in groups of up to twelve. Sessions cover building a shared care calendar that reflects each sibling's real availability, writing routines and preferences down so a visiting sibling is not guessing, keeping a factual contact and appointment log, dividing recurring practical tasks in writing rather than by assumption, and holding a short scheduled family check-in each month. Content is general and organisational, using anonymised examples. Personal circumstances are not discussed in class, and the workshop does not address health, care decisions or anything requiring a qualified professional.
- Shared care calendar setup session included
- Printed workbook and full template pack
- Five sessions spread across several weeks
- Groups of up to twelve participants
RM 1,720 per participant — all five sessions

What the five sessions cover
The shared calendar
Building a care calendar that reflects each sibling's actual availability — not assumed or theoretical.
Written routines and preferences
Recording day-to-day patterns so a sibling visiting without regular involvement is not guessing at preferences or habits.
Contact and appointment log
Keeping a factual record of appointments, contacts and follow-up items that any sibling can read and update.
Task division in writing
Dividing recurring practical tasks explicitly — not by proximity or assumption — so the distribution is visible to everyone.
The monthly family check-in
A short, structured check-in format siblings can run themselves each month — covering what has changed and what the coming month requires.
SERVICE 03
Family Continuity Programme
A twelve-month arrangement keeping a household's practical documentation, calendar and contact records current as circumstances change. Includes the stocktake appointment, a shared calendar with a written change protocol, a maintained document index with the location of every original, quarterly review meetings, digitisation of the paper set to a written naming scheme held on media the family keeps, and an annual handover pack prepared so any adult in the family can pick up coordination without a briefing. All work is administrative and educational — counselling, care decisions, negotiation and anything connected with legal process are outside scope and referred onward in writing.
- Stocktake appointment included in first month
- Quarterly review meetings (four per year)
- Document digitisation on family-held media
- Annual handover pack at end of year
RM 4,400 — twelve months all-inclusive
Enquire About This ServiceWhat happens across twelve months
Month 1 — Stocktake and setup
The Household Documents Stocktake is conducted, the document index established, and the shared calendar with change protocol set up.
Ongoing — Index maintenance
When circumstances change — a new document, an address update, a service cancellation — the index is updated to reflect the current position.
Quarterly — Review meetings
Four review meetings across the year confirm that the index is current, note anything the household intends to address, and record any new referrals needed.
Month 12 — Handover pack
The annual handover pack is prepared — a structured document that allows any adult family member to pick up coordination without a briefing from whoever has held that role.
