What you get from Nurtura — and what you do not have to figure out yourself.

Every service from Nurtura has a fixed price, a fixed scope and a written output. No add-ons, no ambiguity about what is included, no reliance on a verbal rundown.

Six things that define how Nurtura works

Written output after every appointment

You leave each appointment with a document — not just a conversation. The index or plan is yours to keep, share with family members, and update at any time.

Fixed price, stated before booking

Each service has one price covering everything within its scope. The price is stated before any commitment is made. Nothing extra is billed when the appointment is done.

Scope described plainly in writing

Nurtura's scope is administrative and educational. That is stated before the first appointment and repeated in every written output. Anything outside scope is noted with a referral type — not left as a vague boundary.

Output any adult in the family can use

The document index is not personalised to one family member. It is written so that a sibling, spouse or adult child can follow it without needing a briefing from whoever attended.

No originals retained or copied

Nothing is taken from the household. The Stocktake records location and category only. Digitised files under the Continuity Programme live on storage media the family keeps.

Local, in-person service in Kuching

Nurtura is based on Jalan Padungan in Kuching. Appointments happen with someone who knows the Sarawak context — not a remote service operating from elsewhere.

A closer look at each core benefit

Coordinators who understand household administration

Nurtura's team has backgrounds in administrative coordination and community programme delivery — not counselling, legal practice, or healthcare. That focus means each coordinator knows what is in scope, works efficiently within it, and does not drift into areas that require different qualifications.

  • Household document systems and practical record-keeping
  • Shared care calendar design for sibling groups
  • Clear referral noting when professional input is needed

A consistent process, not a bespoke method each time

The Household Documents Stocktake follows the same structured walk-through for every household. That consistency means nothing is missed because of unfamiliarity with the format, and the written index produced at the end is in a layout that any adult in the family recognises.

  • Structured two-hour appointment with a defined category list
  • Standardised index format across all households
  • Written output delivered within three working days

Digitisation on the family's own media

The Family Continuity Programme includes digitisation of the document set to a written naming scheme. The files go onto storage media the family keeps — a USB drive or external disk they supply — not onto Nurtura servers or a cloud service Nurtura controls. Families retain full access and control at every point.

  • Written naming scheme applied to every digitised file
  • Stored on family-supplied media, not Nurtura infrastructure
  • Index updated when digital and physical sets change

Appointments that move at the household's pace

The Stocktake is two hours. The Caring Together Workshop runs across five sessions so siblings can apply what they learn between meetings. The Continuity Programme has quarterly reviews rather than a single annual rush. Each timing decision was made to fit around real household availability, not to compress as much work as possible into a single sitting.

  • Saturday morning appointments available for working households
  • Workshop sessions spread over several weeks for absorption
  • Quarterly reviews keep continuity without monthly interruptions

Transparent pricing with no extras to discover later

RM 470 covers the Stocktake in full. RM 1,720 covers the entire five-session workshop including the workbook, template pack and calendar setup session. RM 4,400 covers twelve months of the Continuity Programme with no further charges for quarterly reviews, index updates or the annual handover pack.

  • All-inclusive pricing stated before any appointment is booked
  • No variable billing based on document volume or session length
  • Single appointment available with no obligation to continue

What only Nurtura offers

The Caring Together Workshop — for sibling groups specifically

Most family support offerings address one person or one household. The Caring Together Workshop is designed for the moment when multiple adult siblings share practical care of a parent — a situation with its own coordination challenges that a single-household approach does not address.

The annual handover pack

At the end of the twelve-month Continuity Programme, Nurtura prepares a handover pack — a structured document that allows any adult family member to take over household coordination without a briefing from the person who has held that role. This is not a standard output of administrative services.

Household agreements as a category

Nurtura's Stocktake includes household agreements the family has written for itself — informal documents and arrangements that matter to daily life but would not appear in a standard document inventory. These are recorded and indexed alongside formal papers.

In-place referral noting

Rather than declining to comment when something is outside scope, Nurtura notes the matter in writing in the session record and indicates the category of professional appropriate for it. Families leave knowing not just what Nurtura covered, but where to go next for what it did not.
